Surveillance Exams

Certain jobs may involve working with potentially hazardous exposures (e.g., chemicals, allergens, noise).  As a result, your department may require annual examinations at Employee Health Services.

• Purpose: the objective of the periodic examinations is to ensure that your job is not adversely impacting your health.  This may be accomplished with screening questionnaires or other medical tests.
