About Employee Health Services

The mission of Temple University’s Employee Health Services is to to promote, protect and secure the well-being of the Temple University Community.

EHS supports the goals of the Human Resources Department and assists the Temple University Community with their healthcare needs by:

1. Providing Pre-employment physical evaluations for new employees to ensure that they can safely perform the responsibilities of their new job.
2. Promoting a work culture and environment that supports healthy and safe behaviors/lifestyles.
3. Providing high quality, efficient medical services for employees with urgent medical needs.
4. Working with the Environmental Health and Radiation Safety Department to ensure a quality work environment that is free from health, safety, and environment risks and is in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
5. Working with the Human Resources Department managing work related injuries.
