The College of Education is seeking candidates for a teaching/administrative position at its Harrisburg campus. The person in this position will represent the College in Harrisburg, gather information about school district needs in the region, suggest and oversee program initiatives, recruit students and work collaboratively with Temple's Harrisburg staff. A Ph.D. or Ed.D., preferably in the field of educational leadership including instructional leadership, is required. School experience is highly desirable. Teaching responsibilities will include courses in educational leadership and/or teacher education and supervision of student teachers and students completing required field placements. The percentage of time devoted to teaching vs. administration may vary from semester to semester. This position is not tenure-track. Multi-year contracts are possible.
