Designing and Sending out Communications

Need a brochure, program description, e-ad, web presentation, invitation or announcement of an upcoming event? Please consult with the Director of Communications, Peshe Kuriloff. The College has a productive relationship with the Office of Publications and maintains an attractive, consistent look for all communications. Allow plenty of time for anything printed (up to 12 weeks). Electronic communications are much quicker to design and prepare, and we can do them in-house. For a sampling of College publications.

Examples

  1. 1/4 page journal ad (AOD 2006) [pdf]
  2. e-Ad (AOD 2006)
  3. bi-fold brochure (AOD 2006) [pdf]
  4. postcards (College of Ed 2006) [pdf]

Using the College Graphic Identity

The University requires that we use our assigned graphic identity on all publications.   The official College of Education logo should appear on all flyers, brochures, letters, and other documents produced for distribution or display – including notices posted in Ritter Hall.  The following people have copies of the College of Education graphic in case you need it: Lori Bailey, Peshe Kuriloff, Marcia Whitaker (ELPS), Carla Thompson-Harris (CITE) and Geri Ball (PSE). Electronic copies of stationary are also available for your e-letters. In addition, the Publications Office has designed a visual presentation standard for the College. All publications should feature both the Temple University graphic and the College image. A number of templates, including templates for program descriptions, are being designed, which programs will be able to customize. For help incorporating the College graphic, contact Lori Bailey or Peshe Kuriloff.

For detailed guidelines, see the Temple University Graphic Identity Standards [pdf].
