Pennsylvania State and Federal Grants and Other Scholarships

Financial scholarships for first-time candidates arae available through the Federal Government and the State of Pennsylvania for the entire tuition of $2,500. Once you have completed the application and paid your $65.00 nonrefundable application fee, send an email to csadjpea@temple.edu. Include your name, candidate number (if known), certification area you selected, and date of application submission. Paperwork will then be filed for your scholarship. Qualified candidates will automatically be awarded all subsidy funds (both state and federal). Please allow 6-8 weeks and then check My Profile for the status of your payments. If there is a problem, please email the Center.

Other Scholarships

GlaxoSmithKlein scholarship funds are available for candidate pursuing the EC/Gen, MC/Gen, EA/Science, and AYA/Science certificates. Funds are available for candidates who teach in Philadelphia Public School Districts.
