Chat Rooms and Boards

By and large, these groups are hosted by National Board Candidates and National Board Certified Teachers and serve a place to get insight into the process from those who have done it. They are not officially sponsored by the National Board Professional Teaching Standards or Temple University’s Center for Teaching Excellence. Some candidates have indicated that these forums provide valuable information and encouragement (and they can also be a big time-sink, so be careful when budgeting your time for electronic networking!!).
