Welcome to The Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry, the second oldest dental school in continuous existence in the United States. The School of Dentistry is committed to the concept of comprehensive patient care; treatment that promotes complete and continuous care for all patients. Services range from routine dental care and prevention to children's dentistry, orthodontics, emergency care, and implants.

Because treatment is closely monitored by attending faculty, and all procedures must be carefully checked, the average appointment lasts two to three hours. All patients at the School of Dentistry should be available to their student doctor at least one half day per week. Depending on your dental condition, comprehensive treatment could take an extended amount of time to complete. While actual treatment time may be more, fees are generally significantly less than those of private offices. You can expect to receive dental care that meets generally accepted standards.

This information booklet has been designed to answer your questions and provide you with appropriate guidance. We trust that your experience will leave you pleased with the quality of care and concern provided by our students, faculty and staff.
