On April 2, 2005, the Temple School of Dentistry Alumni
Association created the Dr. Leonard Abrams Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The scholarship will benefit Temple Dental students with academic ability and financial need.

Dr. Myron Nevins, DDS was the inaugural speaker for the Dr. Leonard Abrams Distinguished Speakers Series. Dr. Nevins, a member of the School of Dentistry's Class of 1965, spoke to alumni, students, faculty and friends on "Save the Tooth or Place an Implant."
