Dr. Omar Porras received his dental degree from the Facultad de Odontologia of Central University of Venezuela in 1992. He obtained the degree of Specialist in Endodontics from the same school in 1996. Dr. Porras has received his D.M.D. from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2000. He obtained his Endodontic Certificate in 2005 and a Masters in Oral Biology in 2007 from Temple. Since 1997 Dr. Porras has been a faculty member in the department. He is directs the Classical Literature Course for the Endodontic Residents and teachs in the graduate clinic. Dr. Porras maintains a private practice in New Jersey.
