The Dean of Students Office strives to provide quality programs and services for students that enhance their collegiate experience. The Dean of Students serves as an advocate for all students. The Dean of Students' Office includes the Dean of Students/Associate Vice-President for Student Affairs and two Associate Deans.

2008 Diamond Awards

The Division of Student Affairs is announcing the 2008 Diamond Awards selection process. The Diamond Award is the highest recognition by Student Affairs given to a Temple University undergraduate student. This recognition is based on a holistic evaluation of the student’s accomplishments. The Award is reserved for those who have demonstrated superior leadership, academic achievement, service to the University, and impact on a community (local, regional, or global). Award recipients will be recognized at the Annual Diamond Award Ceremony on May 7, 2008.

Welcome to our website!

Welcome to the Dean of Students website! This is an exciting time for Temple University and the Dean of Students' Office. My Office is committed to creating a campus community that promotes student learning, both in and out of the classroom.

We value our diverse student population and strive to provide a variety of services, programs and opportunities that meet all our students' needs. In addition to fostering responsibility and the development of students, the Office of the Dean of Students advocates for student issues, needs and concerns; responds to emergency and crisis situations affecting students; and represnts the University to various constituencies.
