High School Principal
The School District of Cheltenham Township, a high-performing school district located in Montgomery County, is seeking applicants for the position of Cheltenham High School Principal, grades 9-12 with an enrollment of 1,400 students. This year-round position is available July 1, 2012. The principal is responsible for leadership of the professional and support staff in the implementation of a vision of high academic standards for all students within a highly diverse student environment.  Central Westmoreland Career & Technology Center in New Stanton, Pennsylvania is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Career & Technical Education. The Director is responsible for management and leadership functions at CWCTC. Duties include fiscal planning/operations, human resource functions, facilities planning, community relations, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal policy, regulations, and law. Requirements/responsibilities: Formulate and administer a comprehensive, modern program of academic, career and technical education, maintain close working relationships with community and state agencies, local secondary and post-secondary education institutions, and area businesses, industries, and labor organizations. Continually evaluate and effectively recommend long-term adjustments, changes, additions, and deletions in career and technical education programs to meet changing job trends and needs.
