The Sbarro Health Research Organization is offering a six- week summer fellowship at the University of Siena in Italy for a student majoring in the sciences who is fluent in written and spoken Italian. Successful applicants will conduct cancer research under the guidance of Antonio Giordano, director of Temple's Sbarro Institute for Cancer Research.
Students must submit a 500-1000 word essay, in Italian, that outlines their qualifications and interest in genetics or cancer research.
