Graduation Information - UNDERGraduate Students
When you have completed 90 or more credits you must schedule a graduation review with a CST advisor to make sure that you fulfill all necessary requirements in order to graduate in a timely manner.
Apply for Graduation (due February 15)
Apply for graduation using SSB. Pay close attention to the way your major(s) and minor(s) are listed on your application, and contact the Student Services Office if you spot any inaccuracies or have any questions. Please note certificate programs require a separate application.
- At the beginning of each semester CST sends an email to current students who are close to graduating. However it is the responsibility of the student to apply for graduation through SSB.
- Even if you applied for graduation in the past, but did not graduate, you must contact your academic advisor to update your anticipated graduation date so that you can apply for graduation again in the semester you plan to graduate.
- The University Commencement ceremony is held in May only. Information will be emailed to students who apply for May graduation, as well as students who graduated the previous August and January..
- Students will not receive their degree, diploma or transcript until all University tuition and fees have been paid
