Mandatory
Rehearsal Wednesday May 15th at 2:00pm.
You must RSVP to reserve your seat by March 30 at www.temple.edu/commencement.
Students need to RSVP in order to participate in either of the graduation ceremonies (Commencement or the CST Graduation). Seating is limited! Guests will need a ticket to enter either ceremony. Tickets must be reserved online no later than March 30, 2013.
Note: you will need your Temple AccessNet username and password to access the ticket and RSVP request site.

Claim your tickets and parking pass: April 22-26
One parking pass is available to each student who completes the RSVP for the Graduation Activities. The pass will admit one car, one time, to an on-campus lot specified on the pass. The parking pass can be picked up, with a photo ID, in the Office of Student Services, 1810 Liacouras Walk, Suite 203.
Rehearsal:
A manditory rehearsal / Q&A session for the CST Graduation will take place on Wednesday, May 15, at 2:00pm. Cap and gown is not required for the rehearsal.
Check-In:
Graduates check in for the CST Graduation in GYM 145, McGonigle Hall, between 11:00am and Noon. Students must be checked in no later than Noon. CST Staff will help graduates find their seats, will provide instructions, and answer questions.
Cap and Gown:
Graduates can order their cap and gown through the Bookstore website: www.oakhalli.com/TempleUniversity/.

Video:
CST is creating a professionally produced graduation ceremony video. The $15 DVDs will be available approximately 3 weeks after graduation. To order, contact 20/20 Visual Media at info@2020visualmedia.com or 267-639-6515.
Pictures:
A professional photographer will photograph each graduate as they walk across the stage. These photographs will be available online for purchase after the ceremony, at www.uscandids.com.
Balloons:
Balloons are not allowed inside the Liacouras Center or McGonigle Hall venues.
Diploma Information:
Diplomas will be mailed to graduating students within six to eight weeks of graduation. Keep in mind, the official document of record is the academic transcript, available through the Registrar's website (go to www.temple.edu/registrar and click Transcript Services).
