Information for Employers

Employer Registration Fee: $300. Registration Deadline: February 24, 2012

The registration fee for non-profit organizations will be $150. For the registration fee the employer will be provided a rectangular table to display their materials as well as two chairs. There will be room behind each table for the employer to display their banners or signs – there will also be a small amount of room for side display banners if necessary.

The fee will also cover parking for all employers who request it and the opportunity to attend the networking lunch to meet interested students on a more informal basis. The lunch is included in the fee.

You are responsible for picking up or shipping out your materials at the conclusion of the Science and Technology Job Fair.

Employer Check-In

You may arrive as early as 12:00 p.m. on the day of the event. Plan to drop off your materials at the Student Center, then park in the designated parking lot. Our event staff will assist you with transporting your materials to the assigned table.
Please plan your arrival so that you have time to finish your booth setup before the Networking Lunch (12:30-1:30pm).

Tables & Displays

Job fair tables are rectangular. Chairs are provided for each reserved table.

Student Give-Aways

If you have promotional items that you would like to give to students, you can either leave them at the student registration table or hand them out at your employer table.

Parking for Job Fair Recruiters

One parking voucher per company / organization can be mailed to you or picked up on the day of the event. Details are sent via e-mail after the registration is confirmed.

Networking Lunch (12:30-1:30pm)

Complimentary lunch will be offered to employers and students interested to network before the event.
