Troubleshooting Wireless
Connection Problems
Mac OS X Lion or Mountain Lion
The following instructions explain what to do if you are having trouble connecting to Temple's TUsecurewireless or TUresnet networks.
Apple iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)
If you are having trouble establishing a wireless connection, try to"forget" the network, turn Wi-Fi off/on, and reconnect as described below:
1. From the main screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap Wi-Fi.
3. Tap the greater-than symbol (>) to the right of tusecurewireless or turesnet.
4. Tap Forget this Network.
5. Tap Forget.
6. Tap Wi-Fi on the upper-left portion of the screen.
7. Tap the On button next to W-Fi to turn off Wi-Fi.
8. Tap the Off button next to Wif-Fi to turn on Wi-Fi.
9. Tap the tusecurewireless or turesnet network.
10. Enter your AccessNet username and password.
11. Click Join.
If you are having trouble establishing a wireless connection, try to"forget" the network, turn Wi-Fi off/on, and reconnect as described below:
1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap the Wi-Fi icon.
3. Tap tusecurewireless or turesnet.
4. Tap Forget.
5. Tap the On button next to W-Fi to turn off Wi-Fi.
6. Tap the Off button next to Wif-Fi to turn on Wi-Fi.
7. Tap the tusecurewireless or turesnet network.
a) Verify that EAP method is set to PEAP.

Set Phase 2 authentication to MSCHAPV2.
c)
Scroll down to Identity and enter your AccessNet username.
d)
Scroll down to Password and enter your AccessNet password.
8. Tap Connect.
