I. Print a Microsoft Office Document

Perform the following steps to select two-sided printing:

1. Make sure TU Wireless Printers is selected in the Printer box. Then click the down arrow to the right.

2. Click on Copies & Pages below the Presets box and select Layout.

3. In the Two-Sided box, select Long-Edge binding.

4. Click Print.

5. When prompted, type your AccessNet username and click Print.

Once you print your file, go to the appropriate printer and swipe your swipe your OWLcard at the card reader near the printer to select your print job. For a list of printers, go to www.temple.edu/cs/wireless/printing.htm.

Note: You can view your print quota by logging into your Diamond Dollars account.

II. Print from Other Applications

To print a file using the wireless network:

1. Make sure TU Wireless Printers is selected in the Printer box. If a down arrow appears on the right, click on it.

2. If you see a two-sided option, click on it. Then click Print.

3. When prompted, type your AccessNet username and click Print.

Since Temple does not have a color wireless printer at this time, the price per page is the current black & white price.

Once you print your file, you can go to any wireless print station. To select your print job, swipe your OWLcard at the card reader near the printer. Your print job will remain available for four hours from the time you printed it from your laptop.

Note: You can view your print quota by logging into your Diamond Dollars account.
