Print on the Go:
Install the Wireless Printing Software

Macintosh

I. Download the Wireless Printing Software

II. Install the Pharos Popup Software

III. Run the TU Mac Wireless Installer

I. Download the Wireless Printing Software

Note: These instructions assume you are using the Safari web browser.

1. Click the link below to download the wireless print driver and software to your computer:

2. In the Downloads window, double-click TU Mac Wireless Installer. Sample Screen
II. Install the Pharos Popup Software
1. In the TU Mac Wireless Installer window, double-click Popup.pkg. Sample Screen
2. Click Continue. Sample Screen
3. Click Continue. Sample Screen
4. Click Install. Sample Screen
5. Enter your Macintosh username and password and click OK. Sample Screen
6. Click Close. Sample Screen
III. Run the TU Wireless Mac Installer

1. In the TU Mac Wireless Installer window, double-click TU Wireless Mac Installer.

2. When prompted to open the file, click Open.

3. Perform one of the following:  
  • If notified that the task completed, click Quit and proceed to step 4.

  • If an error message similar to "lpadmin: Unable to open PPD file "/Library/Printers/PPDs/..." appears, click Quit.

    Then see Mac OS Lion Wireless Printing Setup instructions.

4. After you have installed the Pharos Popup software and have run the TU Wireless Mac Installer, you can close the TU Mac Wireless Installer window. Sample Screen
