Service Level Agreement
The TUcloud Service Level Agreement covers the following topics:
- Server Uptime
- Support Response Time
- Engineer Support
TUcloud Service Level Agreement
Data backups are automatically included with each TUcloud package:
- TUcloud data backups are retained for 30 days.
- Computer Services will be responsible only for failed backups. If a backup fails, Computer Services will notify the system administrator/data owner and attempt to perform the backup manually on the next business day until it is performed successfully.
- A successful backup does not guarantee that the data is recoverable. Data owners/system administrators must verify that the integrity of the data being stored and backed up is intact by performing restores on a regular basis. Computer Services is not responsible for corrupt or incomplete data resulting from successful backups.
