What is TECHminutes?
TECHminutes is an informal 15 minute event to demonstrate computer-related topics of interest and benefit to students to make computing at Temple easier and more rewarding.

First Tuesday and third Wednesday of each month during fall and spring semesters
Time
Four short 15-minute sessions. Pick any 15-minute session to attend!
Session 1: 12:00 - 12:15
Session 2: 12:15 - 12:30
Session 3: 12:30 - 12:45
Session 4: 12:45 - 1:00
Who Will Facilitate the Sessions?
Any content expert from the Temple community will lead the demonstration sessions. Content experts may include CS employees, staff and students.
Topics
Our long list of topics include:
- Creating MP3 Files
- Staying connected at Temple (Email configuration, security tips, etc)
- Using My Backpack to store files and create Webpages
- Computing on the Go (Google Docs, Zoho, Buzzword, Adobe Connect, Virtual OS, etc)
- Office for Non-Dummies (New features in Word, PowerPoint and Excel 2007)
