Statistics

Statistics for various Telecommunications operations are maintained monthly and include the following:

  • Service Orders - service orders completed for all Temple campuses

  • Repair Requests- "trouble tickets" called into 4-HELP and subsequently resolved

  • I.P. Requests - I.P. Address requests received (FY 2003-2004)

  • I.P. Address Assignments - I.P. Addresses assigned by Network Services (FY 2004-2005)

  • Repair Requests - "trouble tickets" called into 4-HELP and subsequently resolved

  • Switchboard Calls - calls handled by Temple University's Operators, either through on-campus dialing of "0" or outside calls to the University's and Hospital's main listings
