Now in its new location, the Computer Services Help Desk provides 24-hour technology support for the Temple community from Monday through Friday, plus weekend hours. Support is provided on a walk-in or call-in basis, as well as via e-mail and online chat. The Computer Services Help Desk is staffed by professional consultants and offers:
- assistance with computer-related issues in person, by phone, or by e-mail.
- the PC Clinic, an innovative service that teaches students how to fix software-related problems, repair computers damaged by viruses and spyware, and perform regular maintenance.
