If your summer travels take you to visiting friends or conducting research at another university, see if the institution is an eduroam® (education roaming) member. If it is, you can enjoy free and secure wireless access during your visit. Local participating institutions include Drexel University, Penn State, Princeton University, and Swarthmore College.
To access wireless, look for the eduroam network and log in with your AccessNet firstname.lastname@example.org and password. Be sure to include @temple.edu after your AccessNet username to associate your credentials with Temple.
Likewise, visitors from eduroam member universities can access Temple’s wireless service by signing in through with their university account, such as email@example.com and password.
For more details, see www.temple.edu/cs/eduroam. For a full list of US participating institutions, scroll towards the bottom of the eduroam-US web page. There is also a list of international institutions.
If you have any questions, contact the Help Desk through the TUhelp web site at tuhelp.temple.edu or call 215-204-8000.
