The next time you run into a technology snag, remember that a Help Desk support team is available to assist you. To ask for assistance, simply submit a request through the tuhelp.temple.edu website. Your request will be assigned a tracking number and routed to the appropriate support group. A consultant will then respond to your request or answer your question.
For your convenience, you can check the status of your request at any time by logging into the TUhelp website. Once you log in, you can view progress notes made by consultants, submit additional questions, or cancel your request.
