The next time it's your turn to plan a meeting, consider the convenience of holding the session online using WebEx. With an online meeting, you don't have to negotiate meeting space, travel from a different location, or transport meeting materials. Everything you need to conduct the meeting is right there on your computer. If you use the WebEx Meeting type, participants can even join in the session on their cell phones.
To learn how to conduct your meeting or class online, go to the Computer Services WebEx site. The site includes information on the equipment you will need, how-to instructions, training tutorials, FAQs, and a link to the WebEx application. You can also attend an hour training session on Wednesday, January 30th, at 9:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. in the TECH Center, Room 109. Register online to reserve your spot now.
If you have any questions about WebEx, please contact the Help Desk through the TUhelp web site at tuhelp.temple.edu or call 215-204-8000. You can also contact the Help Desk to schedule a one-on-one consultation or request a training session for your group with an Instructional Support Center consultant.
