You just had a terrific meeting with a lot of great ideas and plans for moving forward. Your group is excited about the project and now everyone wants copies of the minutes, materials and task list for review. What's the best way to share these items?
Consider setting up your own Blackboard organization. While Blackboard is used for coursework, you also use it to post materials for projects and then give access to only the people in your group. It's a convenient central place to store and access your meeting documents and it beats sending out materials to everyone by email.
For instructions on setting up your own organization, see Managing and Using Blackboard 9 Organizations.
