URGENT SECURITY ANNOUNCEMENT

Today, the University was hit with an e-mail scam. This particular email has a subject line of “FINAL VERIFICATION OF YOUR TEMPLE EMAIL ACCOUNT” and appears to come from an address called TEMPLE TEAM. This is an unauthorized attempt to gain your personal and confidential information.

DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL. Delete it if you receive a copy. If you reply, you will be sending your credentials to an unauthorized party. Computer Services is making every effort to block the recipient’s address but these criminals are resourceful, they may change the address and resend the message.

If you replied, please change your password immediately. If you need help in changing your password, please let the Help Desk know by calling 215-204-8000.
