About Us

The Client Services Office provides a variety of technology support services for students, faculty, and staff.

Major functions include:

  • Help Desk and Technical Support

    The Help Desk serves as the front-line of contact for all of Computer Services. Its aim is to meet the computer support needs of the Temple University community by providing accurate and professional technical solutions. The Help Desk staff consults with clients in person, through e-mail, and telephone and assists customers of all skill levels.

  • Desktop/LAN Support

The Desktop/LAN Support group provides on-site technical support and services on workstations and Local Area Networks for departments throughout the University. Services include technical consultations, system administration services, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks. The group also assists departments with antivirus and software auditing services.
