CS Online 24/7 Technology Training is a Blackboard course that hosts interactive hands-on courses & reference guides that can be accessed 24/7 using a computer connected to the Internet. The course provides training on the applications that comprise Microsoft Office 2010 or 2007, Computer Basics, the Mac operating system, Windows 7, and more!
What are the Benefits of the CS Online 24/7 Technology Training?

Instructors, staff, and students who do not have the time to attend scheduled
face-to-face training sessions will be able to learn an application or obtain help with a targeted function on their own time. - Instructors can refer students to the Online Classroom in order to learn a computer application that will complement a class project or to solve a specific problem.
- Participants can access an assessment feature to their test knowledge about the features of an application and obtain immediate feedback.
- Staff can print a certificate for an online course that they have completed to present to a supervisor in order to satisfy a PDP technical competency.
- Students can print a certificate of completion to present to an instructor as part of a class project.
