Poster Creation and Printing
The ISC has the ability to print poster size documents for Faculty and Staff for a fee. Poster printing services are only available to Temple University faculty and staff.
Posters are printed on a first-come-first-served basis. A large number of prior requests for posters may create a delay in the production of your poster. Please plan ahead accordingly.
Getting a Poster Printed
Faculty must submit ALL of the following items at least 5 business days prior to the date the poster is needed:
- A completed ISC Project Form
- Proof of payment in the form of an approved Journal Entry Transfer (JET) form.
- Item 3- A disk or CD containing the poster.
Faculty must submit the poster file on a disk or CD at least 5 business days prior to the date the poster is needed. The poster must be created with Microsoft PowerPoint. A PowerPoint slide is the only format that a poster will be accepted. The maximum size for a poster is 56”(W) x 34”(H). A Poster Template is available, as is a sample poster for clients to view.
Detailed instuctions are available in this document: poster_projectformnew.pdf
A word about graphics
If you are putting scanned photographs on your poster, you will achieve the best quality by resizing your images to the actual size you want them to appear on the 56” x 34” poster area. Inserting a small scanned image into a poster and then “stretching” it to the larger size that you want will typically result in a poor quality image.
