Blackboard

Temple University offers all Faculty the ability to use the online course manangement system Blackboard as a standardized tool for commnuicating with and distributing materials to their students.

Blackboard is accessible via TUportal. It can be accessed at the address http://tuportal.temple.edu where you can login and manage your Blackboard Courses.

If you prefer, you can also connect to Blackboard directly without going through TUportal by using the address http://blackboard.temple.edu.

 

Blackboard 8 is now available

Blackboard was upgraded from version 7.3 to version 8 on Monday, May 26.

Courtesy Accounts

To obtain a “Courtesy Account” for instructors, students, or other users who are not directly affiliated with Temple University, but need access to a Blackboard course on our system, please contact the Computer Services Help Desk at 215-204-8000.
