Services We
Offer > Walk In Services
Policy:
- You must have a valid Temple ID or
paid receipt with a photo ID in order to
obtain an e-mail account or password
information.
- Passwords for E-mail accounts are
given over the phone only with proper
authentication information, typically
your id number and birth date.
Otherwise, you must come in to one of
our locations at Temple and present your
Temple photo-id to receive this
information.
- Laptop configurations for wireless connectivity are performed at the walk-in area of the Help Desk. Laptops that have any problems which require longer than a 15 minute consultation for service will be scheduled for PC Clinic appointments.
- Help Desk consultants cannot do your
homework for you. Help Desk consultants
can only assist you with Computer
Services supported software and
hardware. Help Desk consultants can
offer assistance only with software
which is licensed to you or your Temple
University workstation.
- Requests for service may take 1-2
business days before a consultant is
assigned to assist you. Response to
email inquiries may require 4 business
hours or longer.
