Policy:

• Passwords for E-mail accounts are given over the phone only with proper authentication information, typically your id number and birth date. Otherwise, you must come in to one of our locations at Temple and present your Temple photo-id to receive this information.
• Response to email inquiries may require 4 business hours or longer.
