Committees and Project Teams

Over 150 members of the Temple community representing various academic and administrative units throughout the University are dedicated to working on the Project Enterprise. Members serve on the Project Teams, the Data Standards Committee, and on the Executive Steering Committee.

Project Teams

Participants in the Project Teams are organized across six major functional areas: Advancement, Finance, Human Resources, Provost, Student Administration, and Technical. Each area includes a Steering Committee with Steering Committee Chairs, Functional Leads and Technical Leads, general team members and various advisors all actively working on the project.

The role of the Project Teams is to implement the new system by analyzing and cataloging current business processes, evaluating current reports, considering data conversion scope, resolving issues, learning how to use the new system, and extensively testing the new system before it goes live.

A Data Standards Committee also meets on a regular basis to develop rules and regulations that will govern how data will be entered, the format that will be used, and who will be responsible for specific shared data items. Executive Steering Committee

The Executive Steering Committee includes high-level and senior Temple management. This committee provides direction for the project and makes major decisions. The members of the Executive Committee are:
