To accommodate the launch of Banner Finance on July 1, 2009, the following systems will be unavailable on the dates indicated below. During this transition time, the systems will be updated to support the use of the FOAPAL (Fund, Organization, Account, Program, Activity, and Location) cost center structure.

*Note that if you currently have an open requisition in iGreentree for an adjunct faculty member or student worker or an incomplete record in the Data Upload System, we recommend where possible to flag the applicant as hired in iGreentree and/or complete the record in the Data Upload by June 26. After the conversion, your department will need to update any incomplete record in the Data Upload that had the cost center structure with the FOAPAL. Please note that the both iGreentree and the Data Upload System will validate each FOAPAL for accuracy and will NOT allow an invalid FOAPAL to be saved. |
In addition, please be aware that KRONOS and the Time Collection system will continue to display the old cost center structure. These systems will be updated for FOAPAL on January 1, 2010.
