
A special preview of Banner Student was held to inform Advisors of upcoming changes. This event highlighted Banner functions for Advisors and offered a glimpse of upcoming hands-on training sessions on the new system. Topics included:

- New Prospective Student Process
- Self-Service Banner for Students
- Self-Service Banner for Advisors
- Training Timeline

Three Town Hall Meetings were held to inform the Temple Community about the upcoming implementation of Banner Student and Banner Advancement. Topics included:
- How prospective students apply to Temple
- How students will search and register for courses
- How prerequisites will work
- How students will see and pay their bills
- When changes will happen
- When and where training will occur
The meetings were held on Main Campus on November 16th, at the Ambler Campus on November 17th, and at the Health Sciences Center on November 18th. A link to the PowerPoint presentation file is included below as well as a link to the recorded version of the Health Sciences Campus event.
Two special previews of the Banner Student modules for Enrollment Management, Recruitment, and Admissions were held in June. The events highlighted Banner functions and offered a glimpse of upcoming hands-on training sessions on the new system. Topics included:

The third series of Town Hall meeting were held to report on the status of Project Enterprise and to discuss the upcoming launch of Banner Human Resources. Topic included were:
- Which HR systems are changing and which are remaining the same?
- How will I view my pay stub and personal information?
- Are there new HR forms and how will I access them?
- How will I make payroll adjustments?
- When and where will there be training?
- What can staff members do to help?

The second series of Town Hall Meetings were presented on the status of Project Enterprise and the launch of Banner Finance on July 1st. Topics covered included:
- How will the fiscal year-end and transition to Banner work?
- How will I purchase items?
- How will I get my finance reports?
- Are there new forms? What’s this thing called FOAPAL?
- When and where will there be training?
The events were held at the Health Sciences Center on April 28, 2009 and on Main Campus on May 4. Links to the PowerPoint presentation files are included below.
The Project Enterprise Executive Steering Committee sponsored a series of Town Hall Meetings to inform the Temple Community about the upcoming Banner system. Staff were encouraged to come and find out:
- What does ERP mean?
- What is Project Enterprise?
- Why is it a Banner Day?
- Why do we need to replace our major administrative systems?
- What have project team members accomplished so far?
- What is coming next?
- How will this project impact you?
The events were held on Main Campus on October 24, on the Ambler Campus on November 7, and at the Health Sciences Center on November 11. The meetings were well attended. Links to the presentation files are included below. The Town Hall presentation was also given at the Faculty Senate Meeting on December 12.
