1. Go to Unlock Captcha.

a. Enter the following:

• your AccessNet username@temple.edu address
• your AccessNet password
• CAPTCHA letters

b. Then, click Unlock.

2. If your password is synchronized, the following message will display:

"Captcha successfully unlocked."

3. If your password is incorrect or not synchronized, the following message will display:

"The username or password password you entered is incorrect."

You must then go to accounts.temple.edu to reset your password.
