Verifying password synchronization with Google
When setting up an e-mail application or mobile device to connect to your TUmail account, you may be repeatedly prompted for your username and password. If you are sure that your password is correct, first try the following steps to authorize the e-mail application or mobile device to connect to your TUmail account, and then proceed with setting up your e-mail application or mobile device. To verify that your password is synchronized:
1. Log in to tumail.temple.edu with your AccessNet username and password.

2. After successfully logging into TUmail, go to: https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha

3. At the "Add a new application to access your account" window, click Continue.

4. The Next step window displays and directs you to log in to your TUmail account within the next ten minutes to synchronize your password with Google.
