You do not need to set up an e-mail client to access your Temple University Exchange E-Mail account. You can access your account anytime, anywhere using Outlook Web Access.

To access your e-mail using Outlook Web Access, open a web browser and go to:

Note: To access all the features of Outlook Web Access, use Internet Explorer if possible.

Setup for PC E-mail Clients

If you need assistance setting up an e-mail client, please contact the Help Desk at 215-204-8000 or request help via the TUhelp web site.

Mobile Device Setup Instructions

Please see below for information on setting up your mobile device to access the new Exchange server.

Until your device is reconfigured, your e-mail, calendar, and contacts will not be synchronized with the server.
