Main Campus The Classroom Technology Support Group may provide service for special events such as meetings, conferences and other non-credit events. To receive service:
Note: The Classroom Technology Support Group may provide service for events scheduled outside the normal supported locations and hours, if staff and equipment are available. An event fee of $35 per hour per building per event will apply. Note to Students
Smart Classroom To request a smart classroom for a non-credit or special event in the Tuttleman Learning Center or Anderson, Barton, Beury, Gladfelter, or Ritter Halls, complete the Special Event Request form and fax it to 215-204-3507 at least ten working days prior to the event. Smart Cart To request a smart cart or the delivery and set up of other computer or media equipment such as a VCR or microphones for a non-credit or special event, contact one of the Classroom Technology Support Depots at least seven business days in advance of the event. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel a previous reservation, please contact the appropriate office at least two days prior to the event or your department will be subject to the set fee. Smart Classroom To request a smart classroom or computer lab, contact Pat Kelly at 215-283-1305 or at patkelly@temple.edu and fill out the form at http://yellowstone.temple.edu/techrequest.
