For-Credit Courses

The primary function of Classroom Technology Support (CTS) is to meet the media and technology needs of instructors teaching for-credit courses in the classroom environment.

Note: Requests for service must be submitted by the instructor in charge of the course.

Main Campus

Smart Classroom

To request a room with smart technology, please complete the Smart Classroom Reservation Request form* in full and return it to your Dean's Office.

* This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print.

Equipment Delivered to Your Class

To request equipment delivered to your class on Main Campus, complete the Request equipment for delivery to your class online form at least two business days prior to the date needed.

Note: You can also request equipment by calling or walking into the appropriate Classroom Technology Support Depot.

Software for Your Class

To request special software for your class, please contact the appropriate Depot and bring the software along with a copy of the license. Please be aware that our policy states it will take five business days to complete requests.

Center City Campus

  • To book classroom space, contact the TUCC facilities manager, Harry Carpenter at 215-204-4370.

  • To request in-classroom IT support or computer labs, contact the TUCC Media Center at or call 215-204-1521.

Use of a Computer Lab

To request the use of a computer laboratory, contact Susan Hyer, Computer and Information Services, at or 267-468-8380.

Fort Washington Campus

To request a smart classroom, smart cart, or other media equipment, contact Larry O'Reilly at or by calling 267-468-8507. You will also need to submit a Special Event Request Form.
