CTS Service for Non-Credit and Special Events

The primary function of Classroom Technology Support (CTS) is to meet the media and technology needs of instructors teaching for-credit courses in the classroom environment. Support for special events such as meetings, conferences and other non-credit events may be provided, if:

  • the facilities, equipment, and/or staff are available,
  • the event's start and end times are scheduled during the normal CTS hours of operation, and
  • the event is scheduled in a building that is in the CTS Area of Service as defined by the table below.

Student events may be scheduled in meeting rooms in SAC or in the TECH Center, which features 13 breakout rooms equipped with a conference table, computer, and wall-mounted flat-screen monitor by accessinghttp://www.temple.edu/sac/reserve
