How to Get Used Computer Equipment:

Students, Faculty and Staff:

  • You must have a valid Temple ID, Temple e-mail account & Diamonddollars to participate.

  • The only way to request equipment is online.

  • Each piece of equipment is $25, collected when equipment is picked up.

  • You are limited to one order per semester. Each order is limited to one computer, one monitor and one printer.

  • You will receive an email receipt when you order is submitted.

  • You will be contacted to make an appointment when your order is ready to be picked up.

Departments:

  • You must use a valid TU department budget code to complete an online request.  Equipment is for department usage only, this is NOT for personal use.

  • The only way to request equipment is online. You will get an email receipt with a successful request.

  • A budget head must sign the last page of the online request for it to be fulfilled. Each piece of equipment has a nominal fee, collected via an internal  JET (7434) after delivery of equipment.

  • Equipment is usually delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving a completed request
