University owned computer equipment.
*The CRC will contact the department to arrange the
pick-up within 7 business days of a completed request. A department/unit head signature is required for processing: Please remember to sign and fax the last page of the online form.
PLEASE NOTE!
There is no charge for the pick up University
owned equipment.
All equipment must be disconnected and
organized.
It is yourresponsibility to
make certain that the hard drive of any computer sent to the CRC
has been erased and is free of any university data. If you have concerns with data on your equipment please contact the Computer Recycling Center for further information. Keep equipment in a secure location until it is picked up.
The CRC will NOT be responsible for
saving or re-using software licenses.
