Temple University Computer Surplus

Please complete the online Computer Surplus Form. You submit this online form to request the removal of computer equipment.

  The CRC will contact the department to arrange the pick-up with in 7 business days of a completed request.  A department/unit head signature is required for processing: Please remember to sign and fax the last page of the online form. 

PLEASE NOTE!

• There is no charge for the pick up University owned equipment.
• All equipment must be disconnected and organized.
• It is your responsibility to make certain that the hard drive of any computer being sent to the CRC has been erased and is free of any university data.
• The CRC will NOT be responsible for saving or re-using licenses software licenses.
