Service Catalog Request a Consultation for Webconferencing Webconferencing applications are available at Temple University to facilitate meetings, classes, conferences, interviews, etc., with others at remote locations. The Instructional Support Center (ISC) provides consultations on the use of webconferencing.
Who is entitled to this service?
What are the limitations and restrictions related to this service? Computer Services provides support for Adobe Connect and Wimba webconferencing applications. Some Schools, Colleges, and Departments may use other webconferencing applications; support for those products is provided by that unit. In most cases, Computer Services is aware of these applications and can direct you to the appropriate contact person. Maximum assistance is available in the Instructional Support Centers listed below from Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
General assistance is available through the Help Desk during normal business hours. Questions on advanced topics, however, may have to be referred to the ISC and will be addressed during normal business hours only. Note: Consultations are not available during Temple University holidays. What are the applicable policies or guidelines?
