Service Catalog Recycle Computer and Electronic Equipment The Computer Recycling Center (CRC) manages all surplus electronics equipment and related materials in a secure and environmentally friendly way. These items include, but are not limited to, computers, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, TVs, projectors, keyboards, mice, phones, DVDs, CDs, disks, cords, cables, toner, and ink cartridges. What is the time frame for fulfillment of service? The CRC will contact you within seven business days of receiving a completed and signed Computer and Electronics Surplus Form to schedule equipment pickup. When is this service available for use? The request form is available online 24/7; equipment is picked up Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. What is the cost of this service? The cost was already collected by the Advanced Recovery Fee (ARF) which was included in the price of new equipment purchased through Computer Business Services. How do I request this service? Fill out and submit the Computer and Electronics Surplus Request Form. Then, complete and print the form, obtain the signature of your Department or Budget Unit Head, and fax the form to 1-5734.
