Systems are set up to comply with university policies and Information Security standards. Computers set up by Computer Services will receive support for the life of the system warranty. What is the time frame for fulfillment of service? The time depends on the number of systems to be set up. For one or two systems, service will generally be provided within five days. For three or more systems, Computer Services will contact the requestor to schedule the setup. Note: Schools, Colleges, and Departments having dedicated IT support staff may receive service levels that differ from this offering. School, College, and Departmental IT staff will work directly with their clients after TUhelp requests are submitted. When is this service available for use? This service is available business days, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Computer Services supports Main, HSC, TUCC, Ambler, TASB, and Fort Washington campuses.
