What is the time frame for fulfillment of service? Please plan for a period of 15 business days for your order to be completed. For an additional charge and depending on current work load, each item on an order can be expedited based on two levels of expedited services:

Telephone service is available 24 hours a day throughout the year except during periods of system, network, or electrical maintenance. Requests for set up and repair are fulfilled during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. What is the cost of this service?
