Overview 
The SAS system is a powerful software package, which serves as an excellent tool
for data management and statistical analysis. It is capable of generating presentation-quality
graphics through the SAS/Graph component. The SAS for Windows version provides
additional modules (e.g. exploratory graphics with SAS/Insight, data set use
with SAS/ASSIST).
The SAS license available through the Software Site License Program is a one-year
subscription license for the period beginning April 15, 2008 and ending April
14, 2009.
Eligibility
This software is available for faculty and staff who are purchasing the product
via a Temple University Purchase Requisition.

Terms
and Conditions
The license for the SAS is a one-year subscription license and may be used for educational or academic purposes only.
Components & Pricing
SAS version 9 is available for Windows users. The license fee is $80.00 and the
cost per CD-ROM is $90.00. Faculty, staff and/or students may purchase licenses
and/or CD-ROMs on an as needed basis.
Upgrade Options
Licensed users of SAS are entitled to all upgrades, updates, and downgrades during
the current subscription period. Media for future releases will need to be purchased
at a cost of $90.00 each.
