Overview
The SAS system is a powerful software package, which serves as an excellent tool for data management and statistical analysis. It is capable of generating presentation-quality graphics through the SAS/Graph component. The SAS for Windows version provides additional modules (e.g. exploratory graphics with SAS/Insight, data set use with SAS/ASSIST).

The SAS license available through the Software Site License Program is a one-year subscription license for the period beginning April 15, 2011 and ending April 14, 2012.

Eligibility
This software is available for faculty and staff who are purchasing the product via a Temple University Purchase Requisition.

Personal Use
Those wishing to purchase a copy of SAS for their personal use can obtain a copy at the Help Desk in the TECH Center for $80.00 per license. Customers must use Diamond Dollars when purchasing the software.

Computer Business Services will be notified when the purchase is made and will then send an email to the end user that contains a necessary file for installing the software.

Terms and Conditions
The license for the SAS is a one-year subscription license and may be used for educational or academic purposes only.

Upgrade Options
Licensed users of SAS are entitled to all upgrades, updates, and downgrades during the current subscription period.
