Please
read the following instructions carefully on how to complete
and print a Software Site License Agreement:

Visit the Temple University Forms website and click on "Computer Business Services or log in to TUportal and click on "Staff Tools" then "Computer Business Services" to access the necessary license agreements.

Type
the requisition number, quantity needed, and select the
desired product from the drop down lists. Please do not forward a license agreement without the TUmarketplace requisition number (unless you are electronically attaching the license agreement to your requisition).

After
the information has been verified, print and sign the license agreement. Attach the scanned and signed agreement to the TUmarketplace requisition, email it to software@temple.edu or forward to Computer Business Services via fax 1-3739 or 215-204-3739. If faxing, please be sure to enter the requisition number on the license form.

the product you need is not listed, please contact Computer Business Services at 1-5000 (215-204-5000) or email software@temple.edu.

Adobe Systems Incorporated and Microsoft Master Software Site License Agreements
These agreements are to be signed only once prior to August 31, 2011 for Adobe
Products and April 30, 2010 for Microsoft Products. These agreements will
will cover the use of ALL Adobe and Microsoft products purchased between
now and those dates.
