Users of a specific process are predetermined by the sponsor
of the project. For example, in the Purchase Request area,
each Temple department has designated employees to complete
Purchase requests in the system. Also included are approvers
for each cost center, and finally purchasing department
users who perform operational tasks for a purchase, from
approval through the buying process. To be a user, you must
have both Microsoft Windows XP operating system and Internet
Explorer to access the internet. In addition, each user is
charged through journal entry a one time fee in the amount
of $350.00. Once a license is obtained for one process all
future processes you may work with are available to you at
no cost. To obtain a license please click on the area
“License Request” contained on the
workflow system website.
